✨ Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be experienced in yoga or Reiki?

Not at all. All yoga practices are accessible and adaptable, and Reiki is received simply by resting and allowing. This retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you are brand new to these practices or deeply familiar.

I’m coming alone. Will I feel out of place?

Many women attend retreats solo. In fact, arriving alone often allows for deeper connection — both with yourself and with others. From our opening circle onward, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive container where meaningful conversation unfolds naturally.

You will not feel alone here.

What if I’m not “spiritual enough”?

Radiance Rising is grounded and approachable. While we incorporate energy work and sound healing, everything is offered in an accessible, thoughtful way. You do not need to subscribe to any belief system — only a willingness to be present.

How physically demanding is the retreat?

Practices range from gentle flow to restorative and yin. The emphasis is on nervous system regulation, not intensity. You will never be pushed beyond your comfort. Rest is honored as deeply as movement.

What meals are included?

Thursday snacks/tea; Friday & Saturday 1 full meal (either dinner or lunch TBD; other options TBA). Meals are thoughtfully prepared to feel grounding, satisfying, and supportive of the retreat experience. Dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.

Can I have private space?

Yes. Private queen and king room options are available for those desiring additional solitude and integration time. Shared options are also beautifully held for those who enjoy connection.

What is the payment policy?

A non-refundable deposit secures your space, with flexible payment plans available. Full balance is due prior to the retreat. Because space is intentionally limited, cancellations are non-refundable, though transfers may be considered if your spot can be filled.

What should I bring?

Closer to the retreat, you’ll receive a detailed welcome guide with packing suggestions. In general, bring comfortable clothing for movement, a journal, a yoga mat (available to borrow upon request), walking shoes, and anything that helps you feel at ease.

What if I’m in a season of transition?

Perfect. This retreat was created for women navigating change — whether personal, relational, professional, or internal. You are welcome exactly as you are. There is no need to have clarity before you arrive.

💫 A Final Note

If you feel a quiet pull toward Radiance Rising, trust that.

Often the body knows before the mind does.

Spaces are limited to maintain the intimacy and depth of the container.

We would be honored to welcome you.
